We have an initial consultation in person, telephone, or email. We love to show examples of our previous weddings. In many cases we can show examples from your chosen ceremony location and reception sites. Many brides & grooms find this to be a unique opportunity to view their ceremony and reception venues "all dressed up". We also take this opportunity to determine the couple's specific wishes for their wedding photos and video. Parents of the bride and groom are also encouraged to come to this initial consultation.

Contracting Us

Once a couple has chosen us for their wedding, a contract is drawn, stipulating what packages and options are selected. A month prior to the wedding, we send an information request form, which helps us with last-minute logistics and allows the client the opportunity to add any special event coverage not discussed in the contract or in previous meetings.

Traveling

Based in St. Louis, we’ve also been contacted to photograph weddings and other special occasions around the country. We travel light and compact, when planned in advance our clients are amazed to find out how affordable our traveling fees can be. Please contact us with more information on your wedding destinations.
